WOOOOHOOOO! I'm still in Coventry. which is a little sad for sis. G. she is opening a new area in wolverhampton... and training an ESL.

 

i'm super excited to be with sis Gr. and J. now.  Sis. Gr. has gotten much better at English. though there are still alot of things she needs to learn.... going to test my abilities i think.  she is soo powerful though. a very strong testimony.

 

we had a really great lesson on Friday with S.  we met her weeks ago when we knocked on the wrong door. we intended to visit a LA (less active) on that street... but we knocked 4 doors away.  she came to the door all groggy and sleepy, but told us we could come back and she'd like to learn more.  she was sick for our return appt though.  so it took us a long time to get ahold of her again.   we taught the restoration... with cups again.  it was great. she has never heard of the book of Mormon or of our church at all, and she said that she wanted to research it out and find out if it's true for herself. we testified that she, like joseph smith, could pray to know the truth and that God would reveal it to her.  we see her again on wednesday! :)

 

and G. agreed to baptism! we just haven't chosen a date.  things might get complicated cuz she could be moving to scotland soon.... T. is moving to london. normally his baptism would've been next saturday.... but alas.... most of the investigators i've had on a date have moved (though i hear that N. is back in Cardiff and taking lessons again...)

 

the mission is getting us new debit cards... so that is gonna be interesting this month. we were told to withdraw all of our money from our accounts before friday... which is hard cuz the cash machines here only dispense in numbers divisible by ten... so i might end up losing 8-9 £ .... maybe i'll go shopping again and just keep checking to see how much i have left in the card. lol.  complications... but hopefully they'll update us.  with chip cards instead of swipe cards. a lot of stores don't even accept our cards. old fashion american debit cards. bah! lol.

 

anyways. i'm mostly just rambling.  did you get the letter i sent. i hope that i sent it to the right address at least.  i hope everything is going great there.  thanks for all the support.
