My week did go quite well. it was strange actually.
this was one of the first weeks that every day in our planners was full
by the start of the week. we had plans for the whole week... almost
every moment... and we had to squeeze extras in. it was great. it
helps me to value this time more.
we had an exchange with the sister in Rhiwbina (which
is right next to Cardiff.... i miss cardiff.... i'm a tad bit jealous of
their area.... though i definitely love Heads of the Valleys) it was
fun to get out and work in another area. expecially because the weather
has been so incredibly awesom lately! sunny every day. so different
from what i am used to. this country is soooo much more beautiful when
the sun is shining. i wish i could share it with everyone. i hope i
can afford to come back out here one day.... but i'm not so sure. :(
welp. we have a few great investigators right now.
they are all so different. R. is still set on his baptismal date
for 24 may.... he is rather
inspirational to me. :)
we've done a bit of finding in the past few days as
well.... which is quite enjoyable in the good weather :) and we always
have the most interesting conversations with people. i really feel as
though i'm discovering the world just by meeting people. every one is
so different. SO! different thoughts and opinions, different ways of
reacting to the same line.... no wonder missionaries don't use memorized
lessons anymore.... no two people in the entire world learn the same
way at the same speed. seeing this helps me grow in my respect for other
people's faiths, for their struggles and joys. sometimes i just want
to talk and talk to people just to better understand them. i suppose
that's the idea, huh?
